Limited One-Year Warranty
Products Covered
The Limited Warranty of Sela Products, LLC (DBA Monster Trucks) applies to a limited set of products manufactured or distributed by Sela Products, specifically the equipment. The term “equipment” is defined here as dollies and/or hand trucks.
Terms of the Warranty
This equipment is warranted to the end user to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by the end user. Moving parts of the product (belts, tires, bearings, etc.) are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days under normal use conditions. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of the equipment and does not extend to consequential or incidental damage to material, equipment or other products used with this equipment.
Exceeding load limits, abuse, negligence, misuse, or alterations of the equipment will void all Monster Trucks warranties provided herein and any liability on the part of Monster Trucks. As with any equipment, normal maintenance is required. Caution should be used when moving any load on the equipment or surfaces. Monster Trucks does not guarantee equipment capacity if misused or alterations are made.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties implied or expressed and coverage is secondary to any other applicable warranties, service contracts, and all other insurance. If the unit should prove to be defective in the warranty period, the equipment can be returned freight prepaid to Sela Products, LLC with an approved Return Authorization obtained by the original purchaser. If after a technical review the unit is deemed to in fact have manufacturing defects and proof is provided that the unit is within the warranty period with no alterations or misuse, a repaired or replacement unit will be provided to the original purchaser, freight prepaid.
